Hello and thank you for visitng my website!  I’m a full service Consultant, Coach, and Trainer, who loves what I do and what I can contribute to your organization.  I specialize in soft skills, and work to deliver industry specific trainings that gives participants skills to increase safety, motivation, professional mojo, and job satisfaction.  I utilize my education, experience, and humor to effectively engage the audience to make the most of our training time.

I am passionate about safety, employee engagement, morale, job satisfaction, and leader development.  I see all staff as valuable assets and believe most people want to be a great contributor, but sometimes need support and direction.  I work to identify true performance gaps in order to provide that support.

My consulting services begin with a conversation to understand your organizational 'pain.' I work to determine the underlying need in order to find the most effective solution. My specialties are focus groups and surveys - I believe valuble information comes from your human assets!

My training philosophy involves creating a Learner-Centered environment that makes the most of participants’ time and adds value to their role. My goal as a trainer is to engage participants using multiple formats and delivery methods and my own personality and enthusiasm to increase participant’s motivation to learn. My training strategy is to focus on learners, utilizing Adult Learning principles.
